The concept design service is to support you on your early-stage design, exploring the layout and look and feel of your project.
This would include a site visit (where possible), sketch proposals discussed and designed with you, and layout studies.
This service is ideal for homeowners exploring ideas or planning ahead for future projects.
PLANNING DRAWINGS
This service is a full set of planning drawings, including a measured survey (if applicable), an existing drawing set and a proposed drawing set including 2 layout options (more available at extra cost).
The drawing sets include full plans and elevations and when at the stage of planning permission, existing and proposed site plans.
INTERIOR LAYOUT RECONFIGURATION
This service would be perfect if you are looking to reconfigure the interior of your home. Planning permission isn’t required if you are not changing the exterior of your property, so reworking your ground floor into an open plan layout? This is for you.
